I have a Danelectro Innuendo baritone, somewhat Mosrite-shaped, with three Strat-style single-coils and goofy built-in effects (which I don't use, but they came with it). It's got a 30" scale and a Strat-style vibrato bridge, which is blocked off so it doesn't move. I tune it B-to-B. Jazz chord solos sound incredible on this thing, although some of the stretches are darn-near impossible--and of course it does the low-down country/rockabilly twang thang too. I mainly play it around the house these days--I have used it in the studio a couple of times, and on a gig or two a few years back--but until I get a gig with roadies and a guitar tech, I'm not lugging multiple guitars to one-nighter gigs anymore!

Excellent links Veenture!

I play a cheapo Danelectro Baritone on track 7 (The Danger of TV-Radiation) here: http://elray.dk/press/music.html

Another cool and great Danelectro product.

Hey, Baritone fans--

Right now I have a Danelectro baritone guitar for sale on eBay-- one of the standard ones; made, or at least bought new by me, in 2003.

The one I am auctioning has a couple of issues but is a sound and good-playing, good-sounding guitar and I have started the auction at about $250.

Here is the URL:
