It's called the Liverpool. Fillmore reissued them a few years back.

I saw those in the Fillmore booth at the 2005 Winter NAMM Show. Very good quality--much better than the '60's originals. I always considered those Firstmans (Firstmen?), along with the Gruggett Stradette, to be the coolest-looking of all the violin-shaped guitars that came out in the '60's.

It appears to have some of the design aspect of the the Hofner guitars or the Burns guitars from the European side of things. Cool looking guitar!!!
