THE FEDERAL RESERVE AND THE KUSTOM ARMY
Hey does anybody here dig Kustom amps and guitars like I do?
The guitars look a little like the "creations" that were made out of Artie's new acquisition on a different thread. I hope these guys had the matching monitors and some drum mics.... that kit ain't gonna cut it

Re: THE FEDERAL RESERVE AND THE KUSTOM ARMY
One of the earliest endorsers was John Fogerty with CCR. And a lot of people believe
he only played his 'Black Beauty' L.P. and his Tele and Strat, BUT that early CCR sound
were the Kustoms and the Guitar he used in their early days,
BTW, you can hear Ed Sullivan introduce them......

And here is 1 more. The first time you see the Kustom Amps, it is at timer:040 seconds
and the camera is shooting from behind the guys and amps, but the Kustoms are there

Now that takes me back to my teen years, when those big, padded Kustom amps were "stylin'". Those things had a "big" full sound - keep looking at them on eBay (when they come up), just have never pulled the trigger - probably because it'd mean building a room to house it, and a truck to haul it.

That's because they are wireless....as in no cables going from the guitars to the Kustoms

DtM.,
I remember seeing CCR at the Hollywood Sportatorium. Fogerty had the padded Kustom stacks, a black Les Paul Custom, and a pink cowboy hat. This was just before the 'Sweet Hitchhiker' single was released.
