Postby oigun » Fri Oct 14, 2011 9:29 am

Just fooled around with a fuzzface scheme till it sounded "rite" to my ears.

I didnt feel like sheetmetalbending so I used a nice sturdy die-cast box... Hope the color and artwork makes the difference ;)

So what are the details of the circuit? What does the switch do? Personally I like the case - having the word "FUZZ" written so elegantly ups the coolness factor, too!

The switch is some kind of fatboost its an xtra capacitor switched in the circuit adding a little more muddyness to the tone.
My goal was to create a dirty sound that you can influence with your playing/volume knob. With a "little" reverb you can also create great surf tones!

That's a great video and a REALLY attractive fuzz box. Love the look of it.

Nice licks, and I dig the Fuzz-tone, especially how it seems to respond to heavier picking...
