Joe Hall's history with Mosrite

Postby dubtrub » Sun Jun 01, 2008 5:30 pm

Although he went on to produce his own line of Hallmark guitars, Joe Hall's beginning's were tied directly to Semie and Mosrite guitar's.

So the Hallmark 60s Customs are sort of legitimate blood-relatives to Semie guitars....?

Obviously Semie could never have touched each and every Mosrite but those coming from his factory or authorised by him is considered a real Mosrite. Joe Hall co designed and was on the Mosrite team with Bill Gruggett also and later Hallmark Guitars were formed...so...legitimate? ...I reckon so ;)

While we're on Hallmark, a sudden thought came to me  but I'll start a new thread for that. (hint: :? "bass")
