with vibramute base plates and arms selling for 150 and up I will never use this fulcrum.... I had it replated , so you may need to ream the bore to get the shaft tp press fit properly , I dont have a shaft , you can buy hardened rod from Mcmastercarr or MSC and cut it to lenght.
