Hi, I have a 1966 metallic blue Venture guitar which I need to sell. I thought I would approach this community first because it is a guitar I would like to see go to the right person who would appreciate it. I have pictures but can't figure out how to load them. They are on an email. If anyone is knowledgable or can assist that would be great. Maybe I can pm the right person. The guitar is all original and has faded from a blue to a deep emerald green due to the yellowing of the laquere. Serial # V5054.

I was told it should fetch somewhere in the $3k area.

Pacific Blue is what I think the color is, I have a 12 string Ventures in the same color, it is almost black at times in appearance , nice guitar.

I believe the proper name is Ink Blue.

Ink Blue ? that is good to know, I referred to Pacific Blue as I have seen several and that is what the dealers selling them said the color was.
