The last few brown showmans i have seen on ebay were weird messes, a few in the $1500-$2500 range, a clean one is alot closer to $3-$4K
$900 for a brown bassman is a pretty good deal (head only) sets are in the $2k range
The market is down. I go buy ebay as well. I work at a used guitar store and assess market value for stuff every day, along with my own obsessons.

I think you get what you pay for.I've seen these guitars,and the shape is not correct.The Mosrite Original Guitars are made by the TRUE OWNERS of the Mosrite name(FILLMORE) and have much better wood and finish,superior metalwork,and Dana-Mo pickups handwound by Dana Moseley herself.
